California-famed lifestyle brand Jamba Juice has spread its healthy lifestyle advocacy North of the Metro. If you live in the area, you don’t have to travel far southbound for a refreshing, delicious Banana berry smoothie with cheese or cinnamon pretzels. The new Jamba Juice outlet is conveniently located at SM City The Block North Edsa, the fourth store in Southeast Asia so far.
The launch held —- was a fun day at the lobby of SM North Edsa specially-designed to resemble an outdoor activity center for the kids with a wall climbing facility, a trampoline, stationary bikes, and zumba dance area, intended to keep guests fit and energetic. Needless to say, parents were exhausted from running around with their kids who just couldn’t have enough of the fun and jamba juice during breaks.
“We wanted our customers to experience the things that Jamba Juice passionately upholds,” says Sharon T. Fuentabella, Managing Director of Jamba Juice Phils. “You can Zumba the day away, wall climb, trampoline, or challenge someone to ride the Jamba Juice Bike Blender for 5 minutes.”
The Bike Blender, introduced in previous store openings in Alabang Town Center and SM Mall of Asia, highlights the Jamba Juice Philippines’ “Give me Five Campaign” project which encourages guests to ride the stationary bike for 5 minutes and to donate one mango seedling to be planted in the Guimaras Mango park. The project is a partnership with the Bureau of Plant Industry—Guimaras National Mango Research and Development Cemter (BPI-GNMRDC) which aims to make the locally grown Guimaras Mangoes—arguably the best in the world—play a more prominent role in the Jamba Juice menu. So aside from promoting active living, Jamba Juice focuses on helping local projects that support the fruit industry and consequently the community-based livelihood in the country.
